Save a total of 50 people while playing paramedic missions and you’ll be awarded with unlimited health icons at your hideout.

Police bribe
In vigilante mode, make 20 kills on each of the three islands and you’ll unlock 6 police bribes that is available at your hideout. You should be doing this in any law enforecement vehicle, and while not playing through any normal mission. While in the car, press R3 to allow you to chase down criminals kill them.

Taxi Speedup
After you have collected 100 fares in cab mode, you’ll unlock the taxi speedup.
